Shipping within Australia

• $9.30 Express* Shipping for Orders up to $85.
• Free Express* Shipping for Orders over $85.

We use Australia Express Post Parcel Post with full tracking to deliver anywhere in Australia. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking details.

*While this is an express service Monday to Friday, the conditions are:

• place your order by 1PM AEST to have it sent same day
• provide a delivery postcode within the Australia Post Express Post delivery network for next day service.
• we still use Express Post Parcel Post for postcodes outside of the Australia Post Express Post delivery network so you receive your order as quick as possible (in this case it is not next day delivery)

Australia Post Express Parcel Post

Use origin postcode 4001 to calculate your delivery time.

We recommend you provide a delivery address for your order where someone will be available to receive the shipment between 9am and 5pm. If no one is at the premise, Australia Post will choose to either safe drop on the premise or leave a "sorry we missed you" card and drop it to the nearest Post Office.

An order may be returned to the sender due to an incorrect shipping address, a failed delivery attempt, or a missed collection from Australia Post. Once this 'returned to sender' parcel has been received by our warehouse team, our customer service team will notify you via email and credit your account the value of your order less shipping fees incurred for the return and original postage (if customer received free shipping on their order). No refunds will be given when an item is returned to sender, a credit will be applied less shipping charges to re-purchase the items at a later time.

Shipping Internationally

Free International Express* Shipping for Orders $220 and over.

We express shipping services by Air.

*Delivery worldwide from 2 days depending on your destination country and their customs processing time.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking details.

• If you spend less than $220, the shipping price for your international delivery address is given at the time of checkout.
• A quoting facility for shipping your order is also provided before checkout.

We recommend you provide a delivery address for your order where you will be available in normal business hours to avoid possible re-delivery delays.

All InClinic Cosmetic shipments are sent CPT to your nominated delivery address and the shipping company or their representatives may decide to safe drop the shipment it at the premise if no one is available.
